• All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of pricing.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order and may vary by account type.
• Late payments may incur interest or suspension of further deliveries.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver goods promptly and in full. Standard delivery within the UK mainland is free on qualifying orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please notify us within 5 working days. Returns will only be accepted with prior authorisation. Custom or special-order products are non-returnable unless faulty.

6. Liability

Marshall Supplies will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods supplied.
